The CCEH team consists of experienced professionals in investment, technical, and environmental areas. The team members' work experience averages from 5 to 20 years. CCEH's portfolio includes both completed and ongoing hydro energy projects. CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.
Irakli Abaishvili
Operations Lead
Mr. Abaishvili joined the CCEH in 2016 and is responsible for managing the finance, commercial, and regulatory teams. He is responsible to implement the processes and procedures where the risks for the operations are minimized.
As Credit Risk Analyst/Chief Business Analyst at JSC VTB Bank Georgia from 2012 to 2016, Mr. Abaishvili was responsible for assessing the company credit, financial, liquidity, operational, market, industry, country risks, and evaluating the company's financial statements.
Mr. Abaishvili graduated from the Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Tbilisi, Georgia, and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Master's degree from the Tbilisi Free University in Business Administration. Mr. Abaishvili received a Certificate of passing CFA Level I from the CFA Institute, USA.
