The CCEH team consists of experienced professionals in investment, technical, and environmental areas. The team members' work experience averages from 5 to 20 years. CCEH's portfolio includes both completed and ongoing hydro energy projects. CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.

Mr. Sikharulidze joined CCEH in 2014. Mr. Sikharulidze is responsible for assessing the investment potential of various hydropower projects in Georgia.
As the Hydropower Engineer with Deloitte Consulting, Georgia, Hydropower Investment Promotion Project from 2011 to 2013, Mr. Sikharulidze was responsible for developing pre-feasibility studies for various HPP projects covering 4 watershed areas in Georgia.
Mr. Sikharulidze graduated from Technical University, Tbilisi, Georgia, and received a Bachelor and Master's degrees in Hydropower Engineering.
