The CCEH team consists of experienced professionals in investment, technical, and environmental areas. The team members' work experience averages from 5 to 20 years. CCEH's portfolio includes both completed and ongoing hydro energy projects. CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.

Human Capital / Design Manager
Mrs. Chkoidze joined CCEH in 2014, a year before it officially started its business activities. Mrs. Chkoidze is responsible for building and developing CCEH human capital and business-tailored HR systems.
Mrs. Chkoidze works with fund developers and portfolio companies, helping with the design of naturally, aesthetically compliant, and ESG compliant HPP infrastructure as well.
Before joining CCEH, Mrs. Chkoidze worked as Executive Assistant/HR Manager at CanArgo Limited - JV Between Blake Oil & Gas Limited and MND Georgia BV, Tbilisi, Georgia 2012 to 2013. As an Administrative Assistant at PwC Tbilisi, Georgia, Mrs. Chkoidze worked in the team of Human Capital Managers from 2005 to 2012.
Mrs. Chkoidze is the certified Human Resources Practitioner and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), London, UK. She is also the certified practitioner and coach of Business Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), US.
Mrs. Chkoidze holds a certificate in strategic human resources leadership from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations of Cornell University, US.
Mrs. Chkoidze graduated from Ilia Chavchavadze State University of Languages and Culture and received a Bachelor's degree in philology and in translating/interpreting in English Language.
