Environmental and Social Assessment

CCEH identifies potential direct, indirect, and cumulative environmental impacts and risks to physical, biological, socioeconomic, and human well-being at the early stage of project development. CCEH determines the significance of the risks by consulting with stakeholders, including affected communities, NGOs, local government, and businesses

Information Disclosure

CCEH and/or the portfolio projects provide relevant environmental information from the ESIA on time, in an accessible place, and in a form and language understandable to the affected people and other stakeholders

Consultation and Participation

CCEH and/or the portfolio projects have meaningful consultations with the affected people and other stakeholders and facilitate their informed participation

Monitoring and Reporting

CCEH has a well-defined monitoring and reporting system that aims at the timely collection of data needed to analyze environmental and social parameters and helps in the decision-making of further steps to be implemented

Grievance Redress Mechanism

CCEH and/or the portfolio projects establish a mechanism to receive and facilitate the resolution of stakeholders' concerns, complaints, and grievances about the various aspects of the project

CCEH (through its internal ESG team) engages qualified and experienced experts for each portfolio project throughout its design, construction, and commissioning stages
