The CCEH team consists of experienced professionals in investment, technical, and environmental areas. The team members' work experience averages from 5 to 20 years. CCEH's portfolio includes both completed and ongoing hydro energy projects. CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.
Nino Maghradze
Senior Analyst
Ms. Maghradze joined CCEH in 2015 and is responsible for assisting with company's strategy by researching electricity markets, and preparing reports on these topics. Ms. Maghradze is also responsible for working on the electricity sales strategy for portfolio HPPs.
As the Commercial Manager at KG Ltd Tbilisi, Georgia from 2014 to 2015, Ms. Maghradze was responsible for organizing procedures for electricity export from Georgia to Turkey. During 2006-2010 Ms. Maghradze worked in a Dispatch Department of JSC Georgian State Electrosystem, where she was responsible for bilateral agreements registration and elaboration of operative electricity balances.
Ms. Maghradze graduated from the Georgian Technical University, Tbilisi, Georgia, and received Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Heat Power Engineering Branches Management. She also received a Master's degree in Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology & Tartu University, Tallinn, Tartu, Estonia, and a Ph.D. from the Georgian Technical University.
