The CCEH team consists of experienced professionals in investment, technical, and environmental areas. The team members' work experience averages from 5 to 20 years. CCEH's portfolio includes both completed and ongoing hydro energy projects. CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.
Nana Berdzenishvili
ESG Manager
Ms. Berdzenishvili joined CCEH in 2020 and is responsible for developing the company's environmental and social policies and strategies to ensure compliance with environmental requirements defined by the Georgian legislation as well as ensuring the company's ESG portfolio harmonizes with international standards.
Before joining CCEH, Ms. Berdzenishvili worked in the International NGO sector from 2008 till 2013, then as a Consultant and Expert from 2013 to 2020. Ms. Berdzneishivili supported various stakeholders with strategy development, operations, and proposal writing. Ms. Berdzenishvili has worked for several donor organizations: USAID; US Embassy in Georgia; EBRD; ADB; KDB; and EIB.
Ms. Berdzenishvili worked for BP Georgia and supported the company in the development of social inclusion policies, stakeholder engagement, and optimization of business processes in E&S.
Ms. Berdzenishvili graduated from the Georgian State University, School of Business Law and received a Master's degree in Business Law.
