CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.

Mr. Nibladze joined CCEH in 2014. Mr. Nibladze is responsible for managing the Company's investment strategy and operations.
As Head of Representative Office at CanArgo Limited - JV Between Blake Oil & Gas Limited and MND Georgia BV, Tbilisi, Georgia 2004 to 2013, Mr. Nibladze was responsible for managing and coordinating relationships with the Georgian government and state representatives and managing financial activities of the Company.
Mr. Nibladze graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and received a Diploma of Business Administration in Financial Accounting. Mr. Nibladze also holds an Oil & Gas MBA from CWC School of Energy, London, UK.
