The CCEH team consists of experienced professionals in investment, technical, and environmental areas. The team members' work experience averages from 5 to 20 years. CCEH's portfolio includes both completed and ongoing hydro energy projects. CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.
Lana Kiparoidze
Financial Lead
Ms Kipaoridze joined CCEH in 2023. She is responsible to manage the finance team of the company and reports directly to Operations Lead. One of her responsibilities includes performing financial analysis of portfolio companies and assessing optimization solutions.
As Manager at one of the leading audit firms KPMG from 2018 to 2022, Ms Kiparoidze was responsible to provide audit services for companies from different industries such as telecommunication, investment, bank, logistics, and hospitality. She was also working on listing companies on the stock market.
Ms Kiparoidze graduated from Tbilisi State University and received a diploma of bachelor's in business administration. She is the Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
