The CCEH team consists of experienced professionals in investment, technical, and environmental areas. The team members' work experience averages from 5 to 20 years. CCEH's portfolio includes both completed and ongoing hydro energy projects. CCEH operates in full compliance with Environmental and Social Management Standards of international financial institutions such as IFC, EIB, and it follows Georgian legislation and regulations.

Mrs. Megrelishvili joined CCEH in 2020 and is responsible for preparing internal financial reports and conducting subsequent control of the annual budget, also conducting office administration.
Mrs. Megrelishvili graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a degree in Business Administration. She participated in the exchange programs and studied at Porto University (Porto, Portugal) and Ostfold University College (Halden, Norway).
