The CCEH Hydro VI Management Briefs Media Representatives about the Bakhvi 1 HPP Project

The CCEH Hydro VI management held a meeting with media representatives in Guria and briefed them about the Bakhvi 1 HPP Project. The presentation, initiated by the company, was attended by CCEH Hydro VI Director, Mr. Mikheil Nibladze, Project Manager, Mr. Gigla Sikharulidze, ESG Manager, Mrs. Nana Berdzenishvili, and Company Senior Analyst, Mrs. Nino Maghradze. The media organizations working in Guria were fully represented and the central media outlets were represented by journalists from local bureaus. The meeting was also attended by journalists covering business. The presentation of the project proceeded in a Q&A mode.

„A series of meetings with stakeholders continues. This time, our team has met with media representatives and briefed them on the project. It is evident that local and central media is the most powerful link and it is paramount to ensure they have answers to all their questions.  Transparency is a cornerstone of our business policy and we are ready to cooperate with the media", stated CCEH Hydro VI Director, Mr. Mikheil Nibladze.  

Following the presentation, Company Analyst, Mrs. Nino Maghradze briefed the media representatives about the current situation and major challenges facing the hydropower sector. ESG Manager, Mrs. Nana Berdzenishvili held training about issues to be focused on while preparing reports about HPPs.
